You Are:

You’re as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. The Work:
- Assist with establishing extract capability and profiling/analysis of data
- Participate in the creation of migration functional designs. Support functional design handoffs to development resources
- Assist with Development of BODS migration processes
- Guide conversion test planning and execution for functional area. Assist with data validation and defect resolution
- Assist developers with functional issue resolution
- Support data pre-cleansing (including harmonization/standardization)
- Escalates integration issues and participates in meetings
- Supports Work stream Integration on behalf of Data Readiness
- Coordinates and manages hand off points
- Provides data load status for their respective area
- Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art data solutions powered by SAP tools.
- Lead delivery of stand-out SAP BODS solutions that meet your clients’ unique needs and position them for long-term success
- Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients’ senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life
- Grow Accenture’s SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts
- Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your team’s expertise in SAP and Data Management
- Lead design of SAP Data conversion solutions for complex business transformation problems
- Lead the strategy for data conversion, profiling or data management related programs
Racking up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites is currently suspended. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here’s What You Need:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP Business Objects Data Services consulting or industry experience
- Minimum 3 SAP Data conversion experience
- Implementation experience and deep knowledge in SAP Business Objects Data Services
- Technical experience with all of the SAP BODS application modules (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Minimum 3 years delivering complex SAP BODS engagements including all phases of the project life cycle from executing blueprint, design, delivery, and testing; 3 years performing SAP integration of SAP BODS,
- Implementation experience in SAP Data Management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Bonus Points if:
- SAP Greenfield implementation experience
