Accenture’s Salesforce practice is growing rapidly we are hiring for ambitious experienced Salesforce Functional Leads who are passionate about playing a leading role the delivery of cloud Salesforce solutions across multiple industries, large user bases and enterprise integrations.

The Opportunity for you:

You will play a key role through the full delivery lifecycle with leading influence during project discovery, planning, design phases. You will operate as both a business and functional architect across enterprise landscapes and business functions devising integrated solutions across people, process and technology.

Required Skillset & Background

• Able to design support and guide out clients to transform their businesses and ways of working delivery with leading edge digital services, products, efficiencies and savings.

• Able to build and maintain strong working relationship with clients, stakeholders, and Accenture colleagues.

• Proactive at bringing your functional and/or industry experience to be part of delivery team designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. 

• Be central to the delivery team throughout the entire lifecycle, experienced in Agile and other methodologies and experienced in getting the best from the Salesforce platform.

• Superb communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 

• 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce implementation in consultancy and/or industry.

• Extensive knowledge and/or experience of Salesforce products including but not exclusively Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Vlocity, nCino, Veeva .

• Salesforce and other Cloud platform certifications, a distinct advantage.

• Desired Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
