Job Description 
Accenture Technology – Quote to Cash is seeking a senior analyst in implementing CLM products with enterprise clients in our Quote to Cash business. In addition to being responsible for business analysis, the BA would work directly with the project team and clients gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. They work with senior members of the team ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com implementation. They should have knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apttus CLM or DocuSign CLM as well as knowledge of contracting, legal processes and workflows. 

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

 Typical Day Snapshot 
- Work with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements, by scoping defining, and prioritizing requirements. 
- Mapping functional requirements to CLM and Salesforce.com features and functionality. 
- Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing and launching our CLM and CRM solutions. 
- Understand CLM requirements and identify product requirements for future enhancements. 
- Work with Architect and Developers to transform new requirements into design and implementation. 
- Hands on experience with setup of CLM and Salesforce functionality including configuration of document templates, approvals rules, custom objects and fields, page layouts, workflows, user setup. 
- Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials. 


Basic Qualifications  
- Minimum of 2 years’ Business Analysis experience. 
- Minimum of 1 year as a Apttus or DocuSign CLM administrator. 
- Minimum of 1 year experience implementing Salesforce.com Sales Cloud
- Functional knowledge of contracting, legal processes and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience) 
Preferred Qualifications  
- Prior experience working within the Salesforce platform primarily Sales Cloud.  
- Prior experience with Apttus CLM or SpringCM/DocuSign CLM.
