Join the Industry Center of Excellence (ICoE) and work in a team with international exposure,  specialized in Digital and BSS Transformation with an exceptional focus on mastering the most innovative market technologies and solutions.

As part of an International close-knit team for Comms and Media, you will work on international projects, including: 

• Designing the Customer Experience using an Omnichannel architecture, coordinating functional/technical design working group using the main market platforms 

• Being an expert of a leading-edge technology: Omnichannel, Digital, CloudBSS, DevSecOps

• Assessing, identifying and designing new Digital, Cloud, Data and API driven architecture

• Leading and delivering architecture transformation design projects, driving the definition of new complex application and data
• Playing the technology ecosystem, collaborating with the most innovative technology vendors and analyzing market products maturity
• Developing strong technical acumen and creativity
• Supporting our Sales teams in advising and designing the right solution
• Building relationships with Client IT departments C-suite to discuss and advise on Technology topics and trends

• Six to eight years’ IT transformation experience (B2B/B2C) or in a Telco/Media operators. Experience in a consulting firm or product company will be considered a plus 

• Expertise with Customer & Channel / BSS and deep architectural knowledge for Digital, eCommerce, Retail/Call Center, CRM, API and Integration. Certifications will represent a plus
• Awareness of data architecture and related pattern, data modelling and database design
• Extensive experience of the main software development processes (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, DevOps, DesignOps…). Certifications will represent a plus
• Ability on solution evaluation, design, ability to define business case and roadmaps
• You have a technical/scientific degree 
• You speak and write English fluently 
• Strong People Management & Team building ability, demonstrable with team leader performed roles
