In this role you will:

  • Coach and mentor a high performing Scrum Team, across distributed locations
  • Facilitate Scrum and Agile ceremonies such as: Sprint Planning, Daily Sprint, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives
  • Coach and mentor a high performing Scrum Team, across distributed locations
  • Facilitate Scrum and Agile ceremonies such as: Sprint Planning, Daily Sprint, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives
  • Align Sprint deliverables to a managed and prioritised backlog
  • Identify, and report progress and issues to management via appropriate metrics
  • A broad knowledge of complementary Agile techniques, frameworks and practices, the expertise to know when and where they can be used to help the Scrum Team
  • Build successful relationships with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Delivery Leads to deliver valuable increments and drive continuous improvement
  • Create an environment and a team culture that fosters a collaborative mindset and rapid learning through leading by example
  • Have a keen understanding of data analysis & an appreciation of the importance of metrics in shaping decisions 


We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master with deep understanding of Scrum theory, practices and values
  • Strong interest and experience of technology (custom development on open source modern architecture, cloud platforms)
  • A detailed understanding of, and practical experience with, IT Delivery
  • Sound knowledge of agile engineering methodologies, techniques & ceremonies 
  • Solid experience using work management tools to facilitate delivery & help indicate areas of continuous improvement 
  • Excellent written & verbal communicators who can bring people from diverse backgrounds together to form motivated, enthusiastic, self-organising engineering teams 
  • Relevant experience working as part of large delivery teams, especially scaled agile teams
  • An ability to communicate effectively to both deeply technical development teams as well as non-technical staff
