In our team you will learn:

As a Salesforce Practitioner in Accenture, you will

• Understand our clients’ needs and participate in selling our proposed solutions to our clients
• Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, designing, delivering and deploying leading Salesforce based solutions to our clients

• Develop your Leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Direct client-facing Salesforce consulting experience
• Hands-on experience architecting, designing, building and delivering integrated solutions based on Salesforce core clouds and leading ecosystem products
• Multiple Salesforce certifications with progress towards Technical Architect and/or Solution Architect certifications
• Understanding and experience addressing the key architecture concerns (aka the architecture “-ilities” i.e. scalability, performance, availability, security, maintainability, operability, recoverability) in the context of Salesforce
• Ability to architect compelling yet robust Salesforce solutions at multiple levels, from high-level application landscape down to design of specific features and functionality
• Proven ability to identify and assess solution options, and make recommendations to clients based on structured approach and leading practices while navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Ability to engage with clients at all levels in a business centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue
• Desire to mentor, teach, and help develop next generation of Salesforce architects

Set yourself apart:

• Industry-specific knowledge and experience leveraging leading Salesforce industry solutions
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect (CTA) or Solution Architect certifications
• Pre-sales solution architecture experience (including solution shaping, and delivery estimation and planning)
• Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, experience and network
• Active Salesforce community participation and contributions
• Evidence of bringing emerging solutions and innovations to deliver value for clients
• Evidence of working in an agile manner applying leading methods and techniques such as Design Thinking.
