• Project Role :Business Process Architect
• Project Role Description :Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

  • Key Responsibilities : Candidate should be able to design, implement processes in manufacturing- MTS, MTO, MRP-Live, DD-MRP, Production Execution Discrete and REM , Sales and Operations planning, Production planning, Capacity planning and scheduling, aATP, Kanban, batch management Perform data migration and configure, conceptualize and test processes on Production planning processes Experience on SAP writing functional specifications using SAP standard and custom tables, user exits, business add-ins BADIs, BAPI ALE
    
  • Technical Experience : Functional proficiency with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4 implementations for PP along with consulting experience In-depth knowledge in PP Master Data - Bill of materials, Work centers, Routings, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups, etc Must have knowledge on MRP, Planning Strategies, Safety Stock ROP, Demand Management, MTO MTS, Capacity planning Levelling, Shop floor configurations
    
  • Professional Attributes : Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate Demonstrates expert knowledge of SAP PP and integrated modules Contribute to organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers
