  • Project Role Description :Work directly with the client gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals and. Experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : A: Be the primary point of contact for Production tickets and enhancement projects B: Ticket Triaging and Analysis C: Provide right resolution upfront D: If analysis results in a code fix or DB script fix, coordinate with Development team and see through resolution
    • Technical Experience : A: The candidate should have been a BA in Insurance Domain for at least 5 years B: Knowledge of PC Insurance domain is a must C: Knowledge of DB Scripts is a must D: Strong and transparent communication is a must E: Knowledge of Commercial Insurance and Specialty Insurance with relevance to Excess Surplus lines preferred F: Knowledge of concepts of Reinsurance is preferable
    • Professional Attributes : A :Strong drive to execute and deliver B: Ability to cultivate a strong team environment C: Clear communication and comprehension skills D: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously E: Ability to manage and accommodate requests based on priorities changes
