  • Key Responsibilities : 1:Minimum 10 years hands on experience on PRPC Implementation;2:Responsible for the Design of the application Providing technical solution to any presales pursuits Involving in firefighting projects and getting them to closure ;3:Technical review of the projects and suggesting them alternatives Best practices to be followed by the projects ;4:Resolving performance and blocker issues for any application;5:Experience in defining Class structure, data model, Indexing and Reporting
    
  • Technical Experience : Mandatory Certifications:CSA,CSSA,PCLSA,Optional :CUIS/CCSA/CPMC;1:Good Hands-on of HTML, Javascript, PL/SQL programming ;2:Thorough understanding of environments involved and the deployment activities;3:Understanding of project level metrics;4:Experience in Pega frameworks like CS, CSHC, CWS, CMF;5:Experience in using tools like AES, SMA;6:Proficient on the UI Elements and Reporting elements7:Strong knowledge on the Decision Management Techniques in PEGA;9:Experience in application development
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Communication should be good and able to handle client calls independently 2 Able to Handle pressure situations in the Project 3 Team Management- Able to handle the team efficiently 4 Experience in Agile delivery should have handled multiple scrum teams, 5 Any upgrade experience is a plus
