  • Project Role Description :Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : A: Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues B: Performed extensive gap analysis and recommended solutions for sustainability for the system C: Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating
    • Technical Experience : A: Around 5-6 years experience for understanding business requirements along with Banking is a must B: Creating business requirement documents, working with client to deploy process and technological changes UK Shift C: Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment D:Good understanding of Agile model, principles and methodologies E:MBA preferred F: Have good understanding in Business Transformation, Process Transformation and Banking sector
    • Professional Attributes : A: Should Have Good Communication and Analytical Skills B:experienced in working with onshore counterparts/clients
