And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams!Ready to learn as much as you can We train our people on new SAP like SAP Leonardo, S/4HANA and Cloud, offering classes and support through our 50,000+ member community.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY- Build SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that transform clients’ performance monitoring functions and streamline the performance appraisal process, as well as succession and development planning- Design, set-up and test prototype and production for Performance & Goals (P&G) and Succession & Development (S&D) solutions whilst ensuring that all the pieces work together seamlessly- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads and client partners to create stand-out payroll offerings powered by SuccessFactors P&G and S&D- Develop positive relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors- Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client- Pitch in on sales efforts when needed- Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:- Degree qualified- 5+ years demonstrated ability in SAP SuccessFactors P&G and S&D- Minimum of one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors P&G and/or S&D implementation, including hands-on design and configuration within one or more of these areas:- Performance and Goal Management- Career Development Planning- Succession Planning- Workforce Analytics and ReportingDoes this appeal to you If so, we wish to hear from you.Please advise if you have any particular requirements, so we can look into arranging reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process.
