SAP Manufacturing (Senior) Manager

Accenture SAP practice grow rapidly whether it was on so-called classic projects or on innovative ones. SAP S/4 HANA is one of our main area of expertise, but we are also growing on new matters related to the industry X.0 (Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Blockchain) supported by technologies like SAP Cloud platform, SAP Leonardo and applications like Success Factor, Hybris, Fieldglass, Ariba, FIORI ... We even built myConcerto, a mix of SAP and Accenture that helps lead our clients to big wins. The NEW is definitely part of our DNA and we have to face more and more customer request to help them build their Roadmap into the NEW and to support them in their realization. To do so we are currently looking for talented SAP Manufacturing (Senior) Managers willing to challenge their skills in this context and to join Accenture in this exciting digital adventure!

Your job

You are an SAP transformation ace with deep experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your supply chain know-how and boss-level creative and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems so their companies can do more. Communication and people skills? You have both in spades and you’re as comfortable inspiring teams to bring their A-game as you are presenting to the C-suite. 

Aligning technology with business strategy and goals the SAP Manufacturing Manager works directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. They are sought out as experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise. They enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation.

You will:

• Design and optimize End to End SAP Manufacturing processes at the client

• Conduct workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations and leading practices

• Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core Manufacturing solution and ensure it works seamlessly

• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Accenture Manufacturing offerings and SAP Digital Core

• Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors

• Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client

• Pitch in on sales efforts when needed

• Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise

Your Background

• Master’s degree from a leading university or business school or equal by experience

Experiences

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the SAP Manufacturing Module

• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP Manufacturing implementations, including hands-on design and configuration

Skills

• Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong leading, communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)

• Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment

• Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence

• Fluent in Dutch or French and English

• Willingness to travel on a regular basis

• SAP PP and QM experience

• S/4 HANA

• Proven experience on SAP (ECC and/or S/4) integration with MES system and tools

• Understanding of Manufacturing Business trends and challenges
