  • Key Responsibilities : A: The individual must possess experience working with customers/vendors as well as show a good understanding of the Telco product portfolio and OSS principles, processes, technology and application engineering B: Understand Telco vision and roadmap and deliver architecture and design strategy and roadmap for the same
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Minimum of 5 years of strong experience in Telco OSS domain High speed internet, Phone TV B: Exposure on Telcos Networks-Core, Access, Transport C: Strong hands on in at least one of the area of OSS domain- Inventory, Provisioning/Activation, Order Management and Fault/Performance management etc D: Strong knowledge of e2e journeys and processes across fulfilment, inventory and assurance domains E : Use of architecture and modelling tools - such as EA, MS Visio etc
    
  • Professional Attributes : A: Proven problem-solving abilities and affinity to take on complex challenges B: Professional with ability to properly handle internal and external confidential data C: Ability to handle multiple modules/tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines D: Good communication skills
