  • Key Responsibilities : A The Associate director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and the strategic decisions of the Advisory Group B Leading multiple domain expertise teams Lead the team through ambiguity and change, use active-listening skills and proactively address uncertainties to ensure an aligned approach C Manage direct reports goals and objectives; prepare employee performance evaluations in a timely manner; ensure staff maintains Key Performance Indicator KPI results within management
    
  • Technical Experience : a MBA from a reputed tier1/tier2 college background for Supply chain and consulting mindset b Has successfully designed and implemented intelligent supply chain innovations for specific industries c Prior experience of minimum 15 years working on Supply Chain function in any of Retail / Consumer Good with with consulting mindset d Successful track record of managing SI / complex migrations / J2C for these supply chain business applications e Supply Chain business applications platform expertise
