• Key Responsibilities : 1-Identify firewall requirements for the client infrastructure 2-Submit Firewall Requests as part of a regular routine 3-Coordinate/follow-up with clients on a regular basis 4-Work with the holistic team to troubleshoot connectivity issues
  
• Technical Experience : 1- Experience on Infrastructure Domain Wintel, Linux 2- Core Understanding of Ports, Protocols 3- Key understanding on commands like Telnet, Ping
