  • Key Responsibilities : Front end CXO conversations proactive theme based or on focused opportunities Subject matter expert to create service solutions for strategic deals, CXO discussions and opportunities Define innovative solutions by assessing CXOs priorities Conduct CXO briefings, including workshops, global leadership interactions, roundtables and webinars Build a strong partnership with sales teams and collaborate with them to ensure CXO engagement and accelerate growth
    
  • Technical Experience : Deep Insurance industry Knowledge In-depth understanding of the business value of IT and the alignment of Business and Technology strategies Business Technology executive experience, preferably combined with Consulting or Advisory experience Experience in tracking and analyzing project cost, schedule, effort, quality etc Experience in the creating / managing work plans MME, knowledge will be an added advantage Experience in program/project governance stakeholder management Takes ownersh
