  • Project Role Description :Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : 1 : Should be able to Bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes 2 : Should know to create functional designs,sequence diagrams, process flows,business rules catalogues with client 3 : Should be able to identify, analyse and complete complex business impact assessment across multiple business streams 4: Ensure business is operationally ready to support the target operating model 5: Supporting Testing with reviewing scripts, triaging defects
    • Technical Experience : 1: Experience in utilizing one or more structured techniques for solution design such as Design Thinking, UML or BPMN 2 : Experience in utilizing one or more tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or Excel 3 : Experience in delivering change in banking and financial services 4 : Experience in working in Scrum, capturing and generating User Stories 5 : Experience in preparing affected business areas for transition to new ways of working
    • Professional Attributes : 1 : Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members, external data providers, and management 2 : Should have good team handling skills 3 : Should be able to work under pressure 4 : Must have team handling skills 5 : Should be able to interact with clients
    • Educational Qualification : 15 years of experience
