  • Key Responsibilities : a: Understand existing applications functionality, business process context and business goals b: Assist wherever feasible to help ensure smooth progress in developing an optimal solution for stakeholder needs, by facilitating communication and shared understanding among all parties scrum team, Product Owner, stakeholders and SMEs, Project Management c: Create user scenario documents and assist with product demonstrations to Product owner and stakeholders
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Good Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle and various Delivery Models b: User experience design for Web-based applications c: Know how on Acceptance Test Driven Development or any other expertise d: Experience in using JIRA/VSTS/Confluence
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Excellent Requirements elicitation and documentation skills, Soft skills and Resource Management Skills b: Stakeholder Management and ability to speak effectively with Leadership c: Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customers business environment and processes
