During this program, there will be 3 area’s where you can land:
 

Accenture Strategy & Consulting: Envision and execute end-to-end transformation that turns disruption to advantage. Withing Accenture Strategy & Consulting, you will find the strategic solution to any problem. You will gain knowledge and advise industry leaders, and always see a way to get ahead of the competition. You will listen carefully to the client and understand competing perspectives. Can you see the big picture without missing the details? And are you a real game changer? Then Accenture Strategy & Consulting will be your fit!
 

Accenture Interactive: Design, build, communicate & run meaningful experiences at the intersection of purpose and innovation. Within Accenture Interactive you will be an early creator of epic interactive experiences, where you will be combining your business and digital skills. You will focus on topics like: ecommerce, marketing, technical data, product design, CRO, Android/IOS. You will work on a big AI project for example or immerse yourself in the details of UX design. Within the Interactive practice you will work on creative marketing plans for big brands and develop a multi-platform solution. Do these ambitions look something like yours? Accenture Technology:

We apply the latest cloud native technologies; like Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Micro Services, Machine Learning & AI, but also SaaS platforms as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow & Oracle to connect the needs of businesses with the new possibilities that come with technological progress. We do this by using Domain Driven Design, Scrum/Agile methodologies to partner with our clients to get the best possible solutions.
We are inventing and testing things that have never been tried before, getting new applications ready for roll-out, and ultimately guiding clients to select and implement the right technologies to transform their businesses.

Based on your CV and motivation, we will divide you in one of the above mentioned departments. Do you already have a strong preference for one of the departments? Let us know in your motivation letter!

• Week one: you will receive a general introduction to Accenture and specific training from the department you were assigned to.

• Week two: you will be attending our special Consulting Analyst School, where you learn all the basics of becoming an Accenture Consultant, for example, presentation skills, communication training and design thinking workshops. 

• From week three onwards: you will start within your first real project within Accenture, where you will be coached along the way and receive additional training.

Your background

• Available on the Change Maker Summer School Selection days at 16th, 17th, or 18th of June 

• Fulltime available from the 1st of August 2021  

• You've finished your Bachelor or Master;

• You are fluent in Dutch and English;  

• Innovation & Technology affinity.
