 Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and leading Training globally for all supporting locations

• Identify training needs, develop effective training programs, supervise the work of trainers

• Plan future Training activities with specific monthly and quarterly objectives incorporating new hire, refresher, soft skill, new product, and cross-training activities

• Stretch, Coach, develop and support Trainers for all standard and ad-hoc training sessions

• Identify – in collaboration with Sites Leads – the best people with the right skills to be part of specific training sessions or incubation teams

• Align with the Client training team and ensure continual updating and improvement of all training materials

• Handling Change Management, working closely with Client, and supervising all changes, training-related activities and follow up internally and with Client

• Identify potential risks or issues with change implementations, and proactively drive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Respond to Client queries and communicate complex ideas simply and clearly

• Lead the design, development, evaluation, and maintenance of existing and new content to meet business requirements


Required Skills/Competencies/Experience

• Must have experience is Training, Quality, Change Management

• Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude to change

• Possess a professional, diplomatic, and analytical approach

• Have a high level of business focus

• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with both Client and Accenture stakeholders

• Can move from seeing the big picture to the operational perspective with ease

• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently through to implementation in an operational environment

• Self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong work ethic

• Excellent time management skills

• Proficient in the use of MS Office – Word, Excel, etc

• Experience in DevOps and knowledge of supported workflows in DevOps is desirable

• Experience in providing support for Social Media companies desirable
