Component Operation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate service delivery health to account executives, service teams, and business stakeholders

• Manage cloud providers on a day to day basis to ensure they are delivering to contractual conditions.

• Maintain operational stability and ensure root cause analysis is executed for any service disruptions

• Work with customers to better refine automated provisioning through pattern/workflow documentation

• Manage administration of all production systems, information systems, and technology infrastructure in scope of the service

• Ensure monitoring of all events and take appropriate actions to address and control unplanned events

• Support incident identification, prioritization, categorization, and resolution activities

• Meter public/private Cloud and on-premise computing consumption as defined by the scope of services

• Support L2/L3 teams with periodic updates, assist in communications to business about all environment related incidents
