Job Description
The Trade Compliance Reporting Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
Work with customs brokers, classification vendor, client finance and legal stakeholders to coordinate classification related processes and manage data.
Gather business requirements and determine most effective and efficient reporting platform.
Design and develop reports, dashboards and analyses to drive key business decisions.
Work with team to conduct root cause analyses and communicate improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities and any root cause that needs to be done for issue resolution.
Use tools such as PLX, Apps Script, JavaScript and SQL to develop reports and dashboards.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience using SQL
1 year of experience as a Data or Reporting Analyst
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Javascript or Python is highly preferred
Experience in Supply Chain Operations is highly preferred
Degree in Information Management Systems, Business or Engineering
Report Dashboard development experience in Tableau, Data Studio
Experience with KPI Dashboards and data automation efforts
Professional Skills Requirements:
Good oral and written communication and stakeholder management skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
Ability to analyze an enormous amount of complex data, and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions.
Strong design skills in Interaction User Reports like navigation, drills, sharing etc.
