Procurement and Planning Sr Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities for the Procurement Operations Analyst include:

  • Release orders and coordinate material supply and schedule for Builds and upgrades

  • Execute the Procure to Pay Process

  • Review Purchase Requisitions (PR)

  • Work on Request for Quotes (RFQ)

  • Create PO Root cause

  • Coordinate and resolve material delivery delays

  • Work with new product Introduction teams to ensure material availability

  • Work with warehouse, accounts payable, logistics to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts

  • Work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, to make sure correct master data setups in systems

  • Provide daily and weekly reporting of metrics to business stakeholders

  • Work with multiple business stakeholders, engineers, planners Business users and Strategic suppliers

  • Communicate results to business stakeholders

  • Conduct root cause analyses and create process desktop procedures


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management

  • Minimum of 3 year of experience in engineering, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing or data analytics roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any closely related technical or analytical field

  • Experience working in Hi tech, with Data Center builds

  • SQL and data visualization experience

Professional Skills Requirements:

  • Experience working with BOMs and Contract Manufacturers

  • Excellent Analytical Skills, with Advanced skills in use of spreadsheets Excel

  • Working proficiency in O9, SAP Coding experience with SQL, BigQuery and Javascript

  • Outstanding communication and Stakeholder Management Skills

  • Self-driven

  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
