Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the day to day activities within the transportation traffic department to ensure that all service levels are achieved.
Analyze transportation traffic data and provide weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as needed by the business
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Fulfillment/Manufacturing materials environment
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Transportation environment
Minimum of 1 year of experience with exposure to materials requirements planning, shop floor control and master production scheduling philosophy
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of integrated manufacturing systems, MRP/ERP
Microsoft Project knowledge and experience
MS Office spreadsheets and graphics – strong excel skills
Basic knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, receiving, pick/pack operations and inbound test return processes
Professional Skill Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate productivity in a team environment, ability to handle multiple tasks and to excel at “Customer Satisfaction”
High motivation, assertiveness, flexibility and adaptability to change
Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
