Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.


As a Publishing Specialist for our client’s e-commerce and marketing platform, client owned and operated online hardware store, you will support the retail marketing team by managing the platforms content management system. Your key responsibilities include working with various stakeholders from Retail Marketing, Operations, UX Product, and Engineering to intake and process merchandising updates across the site. This team plays a pivotal role in coordinating launches to execute our frequent online product updates.

As part of the retail marketing team, you will join a team of go to market product marketers, strategists, producers, product marketers and brand managers whose mission it is to fundamentally change how people shop for client products.
•    Partner with Program Managers, Producers, Product Marketers and Creative Engineering to build and update content on e-commerce platform through a content management system.
•    Manage copy and asset localization to support client s regional markets.
•    Partner with Publishing and Operations to organize and prepare updates into releases.
•    Collaborate with Engineering on tooling and process improvements to increase the platforms operational and creative flexibility.
•    Flexibility to work across multiple regions and adjusting hours based on client needs
•    Support both central and regional tasks, initiatives, and projects as well as troubleshooting activities
 


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR minimum 2 years delivery in professional services/outsourcing environment.

  • Minimum of 1 years of working in content publishing, marketing or a content management system, preferably for e-commerce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to balance working in a creatively driven organization with an analytical and disciplined approach to web content management.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, and tech work environment in often uncertain and ambiguous circumstances.

  • Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and thoughtfully prioritize.

  • Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with an enthusiastic and a positive attitude.

  • Experience using ticketing systems

  • Fluency in multiple languages

  • SQL, HTML, Javascript
