Responsibilities of the Order Management Sr. Analyst include:
Support the order management function for datacenter deployment
Monitor the accuracy of demand as well as demand prioritization and input orders into multiple systems
Coordinate with cross functional internal stakeholders to ensure on time machine delivery and order fulfillment
Triage and resolve process and data issues for the internal organization or partners using bug workflow
Provide daily and weekly reporting of metrics to business stakeholders
Support development of documentation on order management coordination
Work with multiple business stakeholders, Planners, Business users, and strategic suppliers to align priorities, and highlight risks.
Lead team of 4- 6 Analysts
Act as a single point owner for operations delivery, adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and issue resolution
Act as a first point of contact for escalations
Create execution documentation, facilitate onboarding, training and knowledge transfer for new joiners
Design and develop metrics, reports and analyses to measure operational performance and related business outcomes
Partner with operations and management teams to ensure communication of results and resolve customer escalations
Support order management execution
Complex bug triage, cross functional issue resolution
Conduct root cause analyses, provide periodic metrics reporting, and align service delivery towards improving overall business metrics
Work with client Program Managers to suggest end to end process improvements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations (order management, planning, logistics, manufacturing, or PLM)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing or PLM
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information systems, Business or Supply Chain Management
Experience establishing and managing key Supply Chain KPI’s
Experience managing a team
Experience in the Hi-Tech industry
Experience working on Data Centre deployments related processes
Professional Skills Requirements:
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying analytical solutions
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven with the ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
Ability to lead and work in a fast paced, dynamic, and global environment.
