Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

The Media Expert will be a primary point of contact for strategic partners and will maintain strong direct relationships with key partners in the media entertainment space. They will provide operational day to day support to managed partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies strategic partners, educates them on Social Media platform and technology

  • Manages strategy, implements and optimizes partners objectives on Social Media

  • Tracks, analyzes and communicates key quantitative metrics and business trends to managed partners

  • Manages an existing book of business and services roughly 300 accounts through phone and email outreach to new and legacy partners

  • Presents and promotes client solutions to existing and new partners

  • Plans and organizes a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential partners, conducts cold call outreach to new partners, responds to scaled marketing leads on ongoing basis to secure engagement with new partners

  • Determines short and long term partner


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of a 6 month Internship in Marketing, Social Media, Sales or Business or a Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Marketing, Social Media or Sales

  • Must possess Portuguese language oral and written fluency. Native speaker preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and/or aptitude for thriving in a high energy sales and marketing environment

  • Experience or background with social media paid and/or organic marketing

  • Inside sales

  • Degree in Business or Marketing

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent Portuguese communication (verbal and written)

  • Facilitation, sales and interpersonal skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for the Social Media Platform

  • Sales mindset

  • Self-motivated and independent thinker who is ready to take on initiatives without constant supervision

  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
