About the Team
The HR Talent Analytics & Insights (HRTAI) team includes more than 100 professionals across the world deployed to Accenture HR Service Delivery & Operations, and Accenture Operations for HR. It serves as a single point of contact for our Stakeholders/Customers for all HR Reporting, Metrics, and Analytics needs. The HR Advanced analytics team under HRTAI leverages advanced statistical/data science techniques and prescriptive analytics to address business problems, provide insights to HR stakeholders across organization units, markets and Talent CoEs.
Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Manage, architect, and analyze big data to build data driven business insights and high impact data models to generate significant business value. Create models and processes to collect, distill and interpret data with a view to aid better, more informed decision making. Examine and explore data from multiple disparate sources with the goal of discovering insights which in turn can provide competitive advantage for our stakeholders.
The role involves but not limited to the following:
Data Analysis and Value creation
• Create insights from predictive statistical modeling, mathematical knowledge, tools, and techniques to solve complex problems and deliver value
• Translate business issues into specific requirements to develop analytic solutions, and identify appropriate data to support the solution
• Collaborate with Accenture teams to address business issues and influence change using strategy, industry, and analytical skills
• Deliver large-scale programs that integrate processes with technology to help clients achieve high performance
Project Management
• Responsible for the design and implementation of complete big data solutions including data acquisition, storage, transformation, and analysis
• Manage the project end to end from scoping and requirements through deployment either for an entire project or a specific area of a project to solve analytics problems for clients
• Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team
• Work with minimal supervision and ability to lead projects
Key Skills
Must Have
• Advanced Analytical skills
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Knowledge of analysis tools like R, Python
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Advanced communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cross-culturally
Good to have
• Knowledge on Google Cloud Platform
• Human Resources experience
• Additional Accenture HR systems experience
• Understanding of Text analysis, VBA, Java, .Net and visualization tools like Qliksense, Qlikview, Tableau will be an added advantage
