JOB DESCRIPTION
As a part of Data Governance team in the Center for Data & Insights within Accenture Applied Intelligence, this position will work with various Industry/ Function Insights teams to understand the analytical use cases and define data requirements to solve and govern those use cases. This position requires ability to synthesize the data requirements, lead interactions with multiple senior level stakeholders across the Accenture organization and other 3rd party data vendors to evaluate and assess data availability & quality and then work with Data Platform and Data Sourcing teams to ensure integration/ onboarding of shortlisted data sources into the common platform.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum undergraduate technical degree (B.E. / BTech/ equivalent) or post-graduation degree in Management, Economics or any quantitative field.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
This position requires a strong thought leader who can drive business decisions and issue resolution through collaboration. Proven ability to deliver results is a must. Individual must be able to effectively manage cross-functional partners at senior levels that are internal and external to Accenture and Accenture’s Clients. Ideal candidate will have to demonstrate excellent project management skills, strong communication with the ability to present findings to multiple levels. Experienced in managing and/or delivering capabilities in an agile environment. The candidate should have strong stakeholder and people management experience with data driven engagements.
Experience:
• 8-10 years of experience in Data Management/ Analytics roles, with good knowledge of enterprise data base management and data architecture
• Experience working with multiple business teams and understanding the data requirements, data availability across the enterprise and with external data ecosystem
• Experience in operational management of data
• Hands-on experience in Collibra, Informatica IDQ, or ETL tools is essential
• Highly organised the as the role demand multi-tasking
• Hands on experience in at least 1 relational database like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc.
• Experience working with at least one of the cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
