The Product Innovation Lead for Solutions.ai will drive value for Accenture and clients through the continuous research and development of AI-powered offerings globally. The role is in the Solutions.ai organization within Accenture Applied Intelligence and will focus on AI-powered solutions that span the enterprise, including marketing, sales, service, finance/accounting, and supply chain. Artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data and cloud platforms form "the brain" underpinning these solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identifies leading edge artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, and cloud computing capabilities relevant to Solution.ai's product offerings.
- Leads a team of AI scientists to build new methodologies and prototypes, as well as test their feasibilities in practical settings
- Works with the Solution Leads of each product to incorporate leading edge capabilities into the long-term roadmaps looking 1 to 3 years out.
- Works with the development teams to scale the AI capabilities into multiple products and client engagements. Generates new intellectual properties by filing patents.
- Engages with cloud platform/ecosystem partners.
- Builds the business case for product investment.
- Measured on ROI of asset investment.
- Partners with go-to-market teams globally in order to target industries and clients.
- Generate new intellectual properties by filing patents.
- Builds collaboration models with leading academic institutions and research labs.
Here’s What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of experience, PHD preferred
- 10+ years developing applied intelligence solutions including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data / cloud computing.
- 7+ years Track record of publishing R&D work in journal and conferences and filing patents globally.
- 10+ years of experience across multiple industries, such as communications, media and technology; products; health and government services; resources, etc.
Bonus points if:
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
- Must have high initiative, and a desire/ability to persist through obstacles/ambiguity.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Travel
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.
