Job Description:

The responsibilities of the Promotions, Forecasting, and Store Allocation Lead include:

 

-        Work with Blue Yonder Promo Allocation Solution to generate Promotional Sales Forecast Store Allocation for upcoming retail promotions Flyer Featured, Instore, Online Non Advertised .

-        Need to be expert in Promotional Sales Forecasting using multiple algorithm like Regression, MLR, XG Boost.

-        Need to have prior knowledge of Retail Promotional Cycle and should have sound knowledge of Retail Supply Chain Merchandising fundamentals.

-        Person will be working from client location and will be helping offshore team to generate forecast Allocation, work closely with Merchandizing team to explain the rationale behind the forecast factors impacting forecast Allocation.

-        Person need to expert in performing root cause analysis for lower performing SKUs

-        Person need to have good understanding of Blue Yonder Suite, Demand Replenishment Module to manage the Inventory at stores and warehouse, Dynamic Allocation Module for Seasonal Promotions Allocations.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in allocation, price, and promotions forecasting in retail settings

  • 4 years of Supply Chain Demand Management

  • 2 years of Stakeholder Management experience

  • 2 years of experience in Operations Service Delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working in JDA/BlueYonder Promo Allocation module is highly preferred
