Ops Consulting & Transformation Specialist

The Position:

Accenture is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Operations Consulting & Transformation Specialist who will assist clients with complex procurement and supply chain challenges. You will work closely with clients to design, build and operationalize solutions, underpinned by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, IoT, blockchain etc. You will be part of Accenture’s market leading Intelligent Supply & Procurement organization driving significant and tangible value by impacting bottom line results that can support our client’s strategic objectives like sustainability, innovation growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement & supply chain transformation and innovation streams of work

  • Maintain and build trusted client relationships through advisory and delivery excellence  

  • Leverage market leading technology to design world-class business operations environments

  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement & supply chain operations

  • Identify process improvements, value generation opportunities and transformation initiatives for clients

  • Maximize performance across procurement and supply chain – leveraging data-led solutions to drive outcomes

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (preferably in operations, procurement, or supply chain management)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement transformation, supply chain management, and digital solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or Business Management related discipline

  • Masters Business Administration  

  • Deep functional knowledge of procurement & supply chain operations

Professional Skills:

  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end project cycles

  • Excellent communication, organisation/time management and problem solving skills

  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills

  • Adaptable management style to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a wide range of suppliers  

  • Strong ability to effectively manage in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal clients

  • Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers

  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction
